In this workshop we combine the ancient knowledge of staining with Aletheia’s own experimentation. For this we will work with three color sources that will give us different shades of red: cauldron, orange, pink and garnet.
The interest of this workshop is focused on the use of exclusively vegetable mordants, without using the traditional metallic salts.
We will dye 100% natural fabrics, and each participant will take a silk scarf and a small skein of wool dyed in the chosen tone.
