Aletheia is a planet-centered textile studio based in Madrid specialized in natural dyeing and artisanal techniques that extend the life cycle of apparel.
All of Aletheia’s garments are dyed with plants, mordants and natural materials without using toxic chemicals, or are created employing deadstocks.
Every piece is 100% handmade and responds to a circular economy greatly reducing textile. All excess fabric is upcycled to make unique embellishments and exclusive textile furnishings.
The initiative is led by Gavina Ligas, known for her designs for Sybilla for 20 years, and her team.
