Aletheia’s online store sells to all member countries of the European Union and the United States. Sales will be expanded to more countries in the future. Depending on the country of destination, shipping costs will vary.
Aletheia does not ship to the following areas of the European Union countries: Ceuta, Melilla or Canary Islands (Spain), Heligoland Island and the city of Büsingen (Germany), Faroe Islands and Greenland (Denmark), Aland Islands (Finland), Mount Athos (Greece), San Marino, Livigno, Campione or Lago di Lugano areas (Italy), Channel Islands and Gibraltar (United Kingdom).
PAYMENT METHODS:
You can make payments with PayPal, credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard), and Bizum. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs will vary according to the country of destination and the product. Shipping costs are automatically calculated and reflected on the PayPal payment page. The goods will always travel carriage paid and charged on the purchase invoice.
We remind you that any customs duties or taxes of the country shall be borne by the customer.
In the event of a return, shipping costs will not be refunded.
DELIVERY TIMES:
La fecha de entrega se calcula a partir del momento en que el pago se haya hecho efectivo. Los envíos de prendas que se encuentren disponibles se entregarán en un plazo aproximado de 5 a 10 días laborables. Los artículos que no están en stock se hacen bajo encargo y pueden tardar de 1 a 20 días hábiles en procesarse y enviarse.
Delivery times are approximate and a delay in delivery does not in any case contemplate a possible claim for damages.

¿PUEDO MODIFICAR MI DIRECCIÓN DE ENVÍO UNA VEZ QUE SE HA ENVIADO MI PEDIDO?
Por motivos de seguridad, no podemos cambiar la dirección a la que se envía tu pedido. En caso de no estar presente en el momento de la entrega, el transportista dejará una nota con información sobre cómo organizar una nueva entrega o dónde puedes recoger tu paquete.
RETURNS:
If for any reason upon receiving your order you are not completely satisfied with it, you have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to return it. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition, with all product labels and all accessories included.
At the moment it is only possible to make a return and it is not possible to change size or color.
To do so, all you need to do is follow the instructions on the return form that you will find in your package.
Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer.
Returns of products that are incomplete, damaged, spoiled, modified or in any condition by which Aletheia can reasonably believe they have been used, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
In the event of a return, shipping costs are not refunded.
HOW TO MAKE THE RETURN:
Insert the item(s) you wish to return and the return form in the original package.
1. Put the product in the original shipping carton.
2. Fill out the return form and put it in the box.
3. Contact the courier of your choice to arrange a pick-up time.
Remember that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Return shipping costs will be subtracted from the total amount of your purchase.
REFUNDS:
Los reembolsos se abonarán a través del mismo modo en que se realizó el pago original de compra. Al recibir la devolución, efectuaremos el reembolso lo antes posible. Hay que tener en cuenta que una vez que hemos dado la orden de realizar el reembolso, el proveedor de su método de pago (PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, etc.) puede tardar entre 7 a 10 días laborables. Recomendamos conservar su nota de envío hasta que haya recibido el reembolso.
